I've been known online as  Queen Of Dreamsz for about 7 years. Queen Of Dreamsz is kind of my Alter Ego. I have a good sense of humor and  I love that I've been blessed with a creative spirit. I design and create with a spontaneous approach.... As it is said, "Live in the moment". That is much easier said then done with  all of what life deals to us at times... But I'm happy to say that I've perfected "Creating in the moment". ♥ Vintage Sewing Notions Vintage Buttons, Lace, Gloves and Wool Yarn Vintage Mother Of Pearl Buttons Crocheted Flowers [ I love styling my vintage collections and things that I make into a collage and then photograph it] I have started the journey of drawing. I've doodled in "idea" journals for years but never really concentrated on it. And that voice that so many creative souls hear "It's not good enough to show to anyone." I've got past that [I told that voice to HUSH...LOL]  and I'm really finding that drawing is as calming as my crochet can be. [ Here's some crochet items...here's a vintage button garland I made. It's crocheted with 20wt thread with a strand of sparkly thread.]  [A vintage Mother Of Pearl button bracelet that I made] [ I crocheted the bracelet foundation then added lace snippets topped with vintage buttons] [Here's a pair of fingerless hand warmers that I crocheted. I love using fingering weight wools.] What makes my ♥ heart ♥ sing?  So many things....so little time! :0)  Exploring PAINTING and DOODLING  {word art, hearts, magic wands, crowns and more}  CROCHET {traditional and free form},  FANCYWORK {hand sewing},  mixed media, dyeing fabric and ribbons,  collage and digital design.   COLLECTING... vintage and modern fabrics, clothing,  recycling wool and silk, buttons, sewing and embroidery patterns,  sheet music, ephemera, books and more! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I began blogging in 2008 as a way to meet and talk back and forth  with bloggers that have common interests with me.  I never had any idea of how life changing it would be for me.  I'm a real homebody so the idea of having instant  connections to so many people 24/7 was exciting to me.
